A good 1/4 inch or 6mm wide straight carving gouge.

Believed to be by ADDIS of Sheffield however the mark is very faint, please see close-up image.

Also stamped 'HAND FORGED' to the underside of the blade.

Not marked with a sweep number however this gouge is a good match to a London Pattern No.6 sweep.

Very good hardwood handle with brass ferrule.

No previous owner's stamps.
