A very good and little used 3/8 inch or 9mm mortice chisel by CF JOHNSON of Sheffield.

Marked 'CF JOHNSON' with the Gramophone trade mark and '320' within a circle to the top of the blade and 'WARRANTED CAST STEEL' to the underside.

Very good double hooped or registered pattern ash wood handle with leather washer.
