A very little used RECORD 05 jack plane.

Dismantled, cleaned, checked, oiled and reassembled.

Fitted with a full length flat top 2 inch RECORD best crucible cast tungsten steel blade iron and matching cap iron.  2³/₁₆ inches remain below the slot.

Marked 'OFF CUT ON' to the inside of the brass depth adjuster wheel.

Retains the majority of the original finish throughout.

Excellent hardwood handles with almost all of the original lacquer finish and trade label to the top of the rear handle.

All parts move freely and tighten securely.

Including the original blue card box (some taped repairs) with trade label and RECORD D3 leaflet.
