Marked 'HERRING BROS LONDON' to the top of the blade.

Not marked with a sweep number however this gouge is a good match to a London Pattern No.39 sweep.

Good beech wood handle with brass ferrule, the ferrule is split but appears to be firm and secure, please see close-up image.
