An antique kitchen chopper or mincing knife by HG LONG & CO of Sheffield.

Marked 'H G LONG & CO SHEFFIELD' with part of the Crossed Dagger trade mark on the steel blade.

Some surface pitting and staining spots on the blade, please see images.

Very nice turned hardwood handle with brass tang washer.

A little over 51/2 inches (140mm) wide at the cutting edge.

Approximately 71/4" (185mm) from the top of the handle to the bottom of the blade.
