These bolstered chisels are much harder to find than their ornamental turning tools.

Marked 'HOLTZAPFFEL & Co' to the underside of the blade with 'WARRANTED CAST STEEL' to the top.

Very good rosewood handle with brass ferrule, the ferrule has the twin line decoration typical of HOLTZAPFFEL tools.

A few minor knocks to the top of the handle.

No previous owner's stamps.
