An interesting antique wood turning tool.

Stamped 'I LOVE' on one side of the blade, this could be an unknown makers mark or perhaps a romantic gesture?

The tool is a side on gouge, possibly an early hollowing hook tool, however the edge will require work if intended for use.

Wonderful lignum vitae handle with no previous owner's stamps.

The tang is 6⁵/₈ inches overall length, the handle is 7³/₄".
