A very tidy 1/4 inch or 7mm JB ADDIS deep spoon bent carving gouge.

Marked 'JB ADDIS & SONS' on one side of the blade and '9 PRIZE MEDALS 51 & 62' on the other.

Not marked with a sweep number however this gouge is a good match to a London Pattern No.32 sweep.

Very good hardwood handle with brass ferrule.

Previous owner's stamps 'E.C.ROUSE'.
