An early 5/8 inch or 15mm JB ADDIS shallow straight carving gouge.

Marked 'JB ADDIS & SONS PRIZE MEDALS 51, 62, 70, 71, 73, 76 & 7?' on the top of the blade.

Not marked with a sweep number however this gouge is a good match to a London pattern No.4 sweep.
