A very good 1 inch or 25mm wide SJ ADDIS No.8 sweep deep carving gouge.
Marked 'SJ ADDIS CAST STEEL' with the WARD & PAYNE trade mark to the underside of the blade and stamped '8 ENGLAND' on the top.
A few surface spots, please see images.
Very good boxwood handle with brass ferrule.
Previous owner's stamp 'H.WILSON'.
