A good 1 1/8 inch or 28mm wide skew carving chisel by SORBY of Sheffield.

Double bevelled cutting edge.

Marked 'I SORBY SHEFFIELD 2' with the Mr Punch trade mark on the blade.

Good boxwood handle with brass ferrule, two splits starting at the ferrule but all appears firm and secure, please see close-up images.

No previous owner's stamps.

A few minor surface staining spots, please see images.
