A large and heavy vintage Belgian Coticule natural razor hone sharpening stone.

Fitted in a bespoke hardwood paddle.

Typical pale yellow coloured surface with purple back.

The stone measures 8¹³/₁₆ inches (223mm) long by 1¹⁵/₁₆" (50mm) wide.

⁵/₈ inch (mm) above the paddle surface at its thickest point.

The surface will require flattening and dressing before use.

The wooden paddle measures 12³/₁₆ by 2¹/₂ by 1 inches (310 x 63 x 25mm) overall including the handle.
