Marked 'W MARPLES & SONS CAST STEEL' with the Shamrock trade mark on the blade.

Interestingly the crank appears to have been formed after the mark was stamped, please see close-up image.

Good boxwood handle with brass ferrule.

Previous owner's stamps 'P.MYERS' and 'W H EVANS'.
