A very little used, possibly unused, wooden bow saw by MARPLES of Sheffield.

Also sometimes referred to as a turning or frame saw.

Beechwood frame and handles with brass fittings, the majority of the original lacquer finish remains.

Marked 'MARPLES' on cross beam.

Very good 12 inch blade with a 9³/₄" tooth run, 11¹/₂" between the fixing pins.

No previous owner's stamps.
