Marked 'RABONE CHESTERMAN LTD MADE IN ENGLAND' to one side of the 4⁵/₈ inch diameter leather case.

Stamped '10M' on the brass flush handle winder housing.

The Fibron tape is marked 'PATENT APPLIED FOR NON METALIC RABONE MADE IN ENGLAND' and graduated into half centimetres on both sides.

The tape has been extended to its full length, is in good condition throughout and rewinds smoothly back into its case.
