A same owner set of eight carving tools by CHARLES HILL of Sheffield.

The set includes three straight gouges, two spoon chisels, a spoon gouge and a curved vee tool.

Widths from 1/8 to 3/8 inch.

All are marked 'C HILL', six are also marked 'SHEFFIELD', seven have the Canon trade mark and one has the 'IDFY' mark.

Some surface pitting and staining spots to the blades, please see images.

Octagonal hardwood handles, one is split, please see images.

Previous owner's stamps 'F.H.HOBBY'.

Between 813/16 and 91/8 inches (223-232mm) overall length.

May require sharpening/honing before use.
