An attractive small cast infill smoothing plane.

Only a touch over 7 inches overall length.

Screw sides to secure the hardwood (English walnut?) infill.

Brass cap with knurled screw, fixed in place by two domed screws.  There is a name, or at least some letters, cast into the back of the cap however these are illegible and difficult to show in the images.

Fitted with a near full length 2¹/₈ inch I & H SORBY cast steel blade iron and an IBBOTSON 'HARDND STEEL' cap iron.
