Smaller than usual and the first we have seen by JOHNSON.

Faintly marked 'JOHNSON' with the CJ Flag trade mark on the chuck.

Lignum vitae head with boxwood plug, steel ring and brass collar.  There are a few minor knocks and shakes to the lignum, please see all images.

Hexagonal frame with swollen central grip.

Strong sprung lever action to the chuck.
