A very tidy 8 inch SORBY patent Shockproof spirit level.

Marked 'I SORBY SHEFFIELD ENGLAND' with the Mr Punch trade mark and 'WARRANTED CORRECT PAT No 423896' on the top brass plate.

Patches of the original trade label remain on one side of the hardwood stock.

Both Shockproof bubbles and tubes are intact.

Retains the majority of the original lacquer finish.
