An interesting 1920s patent plane or scraper by Alfred Greenwood and James Watson.
Marked 'THE GREENWATT PLANE PAT No 216433' on one side with 'MADE IN ENGLAND' on the other.
Designed to hold a safety razor blade (1 unused blade provided) for various scraping tasks.
Nickel plated brass body, much of the plating has worn away.
Hardwood handle with steel ferrule.
All parts move freely and tighten securely.
