Unusual Vintage Shoe Makers 3 Headed Fudge Wheel

An interesting and unusual three wheel fudge wheel or welting wheel.
No obvious maker's marks.
The three different wheels create approximately 10, 12 and 13 marks per inch.
Good beechwood handle with steel ferrule, three steel tacks remain near the base of the handle where a tab of leather would have been fixed by the previous user.
51/2 inches overall length.
A type we have not seen before.
