A good vintage natural translucent Arkansas oil stone or razor hone.

This stone measures 4¹⁵/₁₆ inches (125mm) by 2" (51mm) by ⁵/₈" (16mm) at its thickest point.

The surfaces are reasonably flat and smooth with a glass like finish that has proved difficult to show in the images.

A few small chips to the corners and small black holes/spots on some of the veining lines on the surfaces, please see images.
