A good vintage WASHITA oil stone in wooden box.

This stone measures approximately 7¹³/₁₆ by 1¹⁵/₁₆ by 1³/₁₆ inches (198 x 50 x 30mm) overall.

One surface is flat and smooth, the other has some very shallow hollows, please see images.

Fitted in a bespoke lidded wooden box measuring 10 inches long by 3³/₈ wide by 2³/₈ tall (252 x 85 x 61mm).
