Also sometimes referred to as a multer or tolliker.

From a former Stockport hat maker's tool kit.

This dummy is marked 'W SANDERSON BARLOW ST EDGELEY' to one side of the handle with 'STOCKPORT' to the opposite side.

Approximately 2³/₄ by 5³/₄ inches overall length.
