A Grecian ogee profile moulding plane by GREENSLADE of Bristol.

Marked 'W GREENSLADE BRISTOL' to the toe and stamped '5/8' on the heel.

Also stamped 'MADE FOR CROSS & HERNE' on the heel, this refers to the firm of Cardiff ironmongers founded in 1857 by Thomas Cross and Edmund Herne that went on to become Cross Brothers Limited.

The boxing wear strip has no cracks or splits with only a small chip at the heel, please see images.

Good length original blade iron and wedge.
