A scarce graduated set of three in-cannel paring gouges by ASHLEY ILES of Sheffield.

Sizes: 3/16" (5mm), 1/4" (7mm) and 3/8" (10mm).

All are marked 'ASHLEY ILES LTD SHEFFIELD ENG' to the top of the blades.

ASHLEY ILES relocated the business to Lincolnshire in 1967 which makes these chisels circa 1949 - 1967 when ASHLEY ILES was active in Sheffield.

All have very good boxwood handles with brass ferrules.

No previous owner's stamps.

May require sharpening before use.
