Delivery Information

UK Delivery

All orders are delivered FREE to UK mainland addresses.  Most orders are also delivered free to the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man but larger or heavier items may occasionally incur a small charge.

Royal Mail deliver most of our orders within the UK.  Some larger or heavier items are delivered by other trusted couriers including Parcelforce, DPD & UPS.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging and also try to use recycled materials where possible.

International (non-UK) Delivery

Whilst we cannot offer free delivery to our international customers we do subsidise the shipping cost as much as possible.

The international shipping cost will be automatically calculated and added to your order once you choose your delivery location from the drop down list in the shopping basket.

Whilst this applies to the majority of our items we have a slightly different process for some larger items or combined orders that are over 2 kg in weight or longer than 60 cm when packed.

Once you choose your delivery location from the drop down list in the shopping basket it will display 'International Shipping Invoice to Follow - Please Proceed to Checkout'.  Please checkout in the normal way and, once we receive your order, we will search for the most economical international shipping solution for your order based on its size, weight and delivery location.

International shipping costs can vary dramatically and we have found it best to offer a bespoke solution for individual customers.

We will then email you a Stripe or PayPal invoice, depending on how you paid during checkout, for the international shipping cost and arrange for packing and dispatch as soon as payment is received and confirmed.

Royal Mail's International Tracked Services are used for the majority of our international orders with larger or heavier orders being delivered by trusted international parcel delivery companies including Parcelforce, FedEx, UPS & DPD.

Full tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note that any local import duties, customs charges, taxation, administration and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

European Union (EU) Delivery - Post Brexit Update

We are happy to dispatch items to our European customers and the International process detailed above applies to our customers within the EU.

Following on from Brexit, member states of the European Union will now charge the recipient VAT, customs duties and handling fees for items received from the UK.

Each member state appears to have a slightly different process with the amount of VAT and any duties varying by country, we would always recommend that our customers check the with their countries authorities to determine the fees that apply.

These fees may be requested by the local postal service, international courier company or the customs authorities but will usually need to be paid before delivery and may increase the delivery time.

International Returns by Courier

For orders returned to us by the international courier due to the customers non-payment of local taxes/fees, non-collection of order, incorrect delivery address details or similar, we are invoiced for the cost of return and associated administration fees.  Please note that these return costs/fees will be deducted from the order value before any refunds are made.
