UK Delivery
All orders are delivered FREE to UK mainland addresses. Most orders are also delivered free to the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man but larger or heavier items may occasionally incur a small charge.
Royal Mail deliver most of our orders within the UK. Some larger or heavier items are delivered by other trusted couriers including Parcelforce, DPD & UPS.
* We offer Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day service to our UK mainland customers for an extra fee, this option will be shown in the drop down menu in the shopping basket. We dispatch Monday to Friday meaning any orders received either after 3pm on a Friday or at the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging and also try to use recycled materials where possible.
USA Customers - Ending of the De Minimis Exemption Scheme
Update July 2026: Rules regarding shipping to the US have changed again! As far as we can determine the 10% tariff still applies with additional US standard duty rates now applicable to all goods imported into the US from the UK. This effectively increases all import fees/duties/charges. As before we are asking our US customers to contact us for a bespoke Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) shipping quotation before placing an order to ensure that they are aware of all (currently applicable) potential costs. Please be aware that our shipping quotations are calculated by Royal Mail and neither they nor us accept any liability for the accuracy of the quotation should additional fees be charged once the items have entered the US.
Following the US Government’s ending of the de minimis duty free allowance on 29th August 2025, we now use Royal Mail’s Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service for shipping to the USA, subject to their size and weight limitations. Currently (2026), for the majority of items manufactured in the UK, the PDDP shipping is made up of the shipping cost plus the USA's 10% Global Surcharge tariff plus Royal Mail's £0.50GBP admin fee.
With this in mind we are asking our USA customers to contact us for a bespoke Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) shipping quotation before placing an order to ensure that they are aware of all potential costs.

European Union (EU) Delivery - from 1st July 2026
We are happy to dispatch items to our European customers.
As before, the European Union will charge the recipient VAT, customs duties and handling fees for items received from the UK although certain changes are being implemented including a flat customs duty effective from 1st July 2026 and a proposed customs handling fee due to be implemented later in 2026.

We now use either Royal Mail’s Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) services for shipping to the EU, when available and subject to their size and weight limitations.
The DDU service means that duties and taxes will be payable by the customer in the destination country whilst the PDDP service has been designed to make the shipping as efficient as possible with Royal Mail both collecting and passing on to the EU Authorities any VAT, duties or fees due.
Both options are not necessarily available for all countries within the EU.
With this in mind we are asking our EU customers to contact us for a bespoke shipping quotation before placing an order to ensure that they are aware of all potential costs.

International (non-UK) Delivery
Whilst we cannot offer free delivery to our international customers we do subsidise the shipping cost as much as possible.
The international shipping cost will be automatically calculated and added to your order once you choose your delivery location from the drop down list in the shopping basket.
Whilst this applies to the majority of our items we have a slightly different process for some larger items or combined orders that are over 2 kg in weight or longer than 60 cm when packed.
Once you choose your delivery location from the drop down list in the shopping basket it will display 'International Shipping Invoice to Follow - Please Proceed to Checkout'. Please checkout in the normal way and, once we receive your order, we will search for the most economical international shipping solution for your order based on its size, weight and delivery location.
International shipping costs can vary dramatically and we have found it best to offer a bespoke solution for individual customers.
We will then email you an invoice or payment link, depending on how you paid during checkout, for the international shipping cost and arrange for packing and dispatch as soon as payment is received and confirmed.

Royal Mail's International Tracked Services are used for the majority of our international orders with larger or heavier orders being delivered by trusted international parcel delivery companies including Parcelforce, FedEx, UPS & DPD.
Full tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

International Returns by Courier
For orders returned to us by the international courier due to the customers non-payment of local taxes/fees, non-collection of order, incorrect delivery address details or similar, we are invoiced for the cost of return and associated administration fees. Please note that these return costs/fees will be deducted from the order value before any refunds are made.
