Believed to be by WHITEHOUSE of Atlas Forge.

Marked '1/2' to one side.

The head is approximately 2³/₈ by 2⁹/₁₆ inches (60 x 62mm).

The shank is 2¹/₈" (53mm) long and 1¹/₈" (30mm) square.

Retains the majority of its original black finish.
