A scarce pair of antique hand forged compass dividers by Richard TIMMINS & SONS of Birmingham.

Believed to be early 19th century, possibly earlier.

Marked 'R TIMMINS & SONS STEEL POINTS' to one side of the joint.

Pencil holder to one leg with sliding collar.

Wonderful detail throughout.
