Described in the ECLIPSE catalogue as 'an ingenious tool for short stroke sawing with a new or broken hack saw blade'.
Marked 'ECLIPSE 12' to one side with 'MADE IN ENGLAND REGD DES No 950335' by the clamping screw.
All parts move freely and tighten securely.
