A good 3/16 inch or 5mm straight carving gouge by Thomas IBBOTSON & Co of Sheffield.

Marked 'THOS IBBOTSON & CO CAST STEEL' with the Omega trade marks to the top of the blade.

Not marked with a sweep number however this gouge is a good match to a London pattern No.8 sweep.
