A good 1/4 inch or 6mm 60° vee carving gouge by MARPLES of Sheffield.

Marked 'W MARPLES & SONS CAST STEEL' with the Shamrock trade mark to the top of the blade.

Not marked with a sweep number however this gouge is a good match to a London pattern No.39 sweep.
