An unused 3 foot 4 fold boxwood rule by I & D SMALLWOOD of Birmingham.

Marked 'SMALLWOOD MAKERS ENGLAND' to one side.

This rule has been in storage for over 30 years and still has the blue tape used during manufacture and storage meaning we have not seen the inside surfaces.

Brass square main joint and end caps.

Divided into eighths.

Retains its original lacquer finish throughout with only a few very minor surface scratches, please see images.
