This subsidiary of RECORD also produced bench grinders, vices and plumbers' wrenches.

This small hand drill has hardwood handles with much of their original lacquer finish, plated frame and gear wheel.

1/4 inch capacity three jaw FABREX chuck.

Marked '401 MADE IN ENGLAND' on the gear wheel handle.

Retains almost all of its original green colour to the gear wheel.

8³/₈ inches (213mm) overall excluding the jaws.

A useful small drill in excellent condition.
