What we believe to be an assay sponsor's or maker's mark.

For use in hallmarking jewellery or other precious metal ware.

The mark made is an embossed 'DKN' approximately 9/32" or 7.5mm wide, as seen in the sample attached to the top of the wooden box.

The stamp/punch has the number '14241' to the top side and is 3³/₈ inches or 81mm long.

Housed in a bespoke hinged lidded wooden box (4⁷/₁₆ by 1¹/₁₆ by ¹¹/₁₆" or 113x22x18mm) with a baize lined cut out to hold the stamp.

We have not been able to identify the person, company or brand to which the DKN mark identifies.
