A good little used set of 16 carving tools from James FROST of Norwich.

This set includes:

  • 2 chisels, 1/16" & 1/4" (2 and 6.5mm) wide
  • 9 straight gouges of various sweeps, 1/8" to 11/16" (3 - 17mm) wide
  • 1 1/4" (6mm) V tool
  • 4 spoon tools, 1/16" to 3/8" (2 to 9mm) wide

All are marked 'FROST NORWICH' to the blades.

Much of the original straw finish remains, some surface staining and spots, please see images.

Very good beech handles with brass ferrules.

No previous owner's stamps.

Between 77/8 and 87/8 inches (200 - 226mm) overall length.

May require some sharpening and honing before use.
