A scarce group of four carving gouges by FENN of London.

These smaller tools with ergonomic handles in exotic hardwoods are also known as Gents' or Ladies' pattern tools.

The group includes a 1/8" shallow gouge, a 1/4" deeper gouge, a 5/16" shallow gouge and a 1/2" deeper gouge, please see images.

All are marked 'FENN' to the top of the blade.

Some surface stains and spots.

Wonderful rosewood handles with brass ferrules.

No previous owner's stamps.
