A little used No 12 hollow moulding plane by the HIGHGATE TOOL CO of Birmingham.

Marked 'HIGHGATE' to the heel and stamped '42' and '12'.

Also stamped '129' over the military Broad Arrow mark on the toe.

Fitted with a near full length blade iron and original wedge, marked '11' and '2', please see close-up image.

No previous owner's stamps other than the Broad Arrow mark.
