A little used 1/2 inch or 12mm ASHLEY ILES No.6 straight carving gouge.

Faintly marked 'ASHLEY ILES LTD MADE IN ENGLAND' to the top of the blade and stamped '6' to the underside.

Very good hardwood (bubinga?) handle with brass ferrule.

No previous owner's stamps.
