A good 5/16 inch or 9mm No 28 spoon carving gouge by SJ ADDIS of Sheffield.

Marked 'SJ ADDIS SHEFFIELD' on one side of the blade and with the WARD & PAYNE trade mark on the other.

Also stamped '28'.
