A good graduated same owner set of 10 vintage MARPLES bevel edge chisels with Splitproof handles.

This set includes the scarce 1/8 inch chisel.

These are the earlier genuine MARPLES Splitproof chisels with the round necks and believed by many to be the best of the MARPLES Splitproof chisels.

Sizes: ¹/₈ (3mm), ³/₁₆ (4mm), ¹/₄ (6mm), ⁵/₁₆ (8mm), ³/₈ (10mm), ¹/₂ (12mm), ⁵/₈ (16mm), ³/₄ (19mm), 1 (25mm) and 1¹/₄ (32mm).

All have the red and yellow oval MARPLES handles marked 'MARPLES' on one side and 'WM MARPLES & SONS SHEFFIELD ENG.' with the Shamrock trade mark on the other.
